Brown Lemur (Eulemur fulvus)

Interesting :

- It is in the same rank with monkey. It has big eyes and prominent nose. Its body is covered by soft fur. Tail is brownish grey.

Habitat :

Madagasgar in South East Africa

Food :

Plants preferably leaves and fruits, bird eggs and insects

Behavior :

- It stays around 3 to 12 individuals in group

Near Threatened

Age :

- Reaching maturity at age 1 to 2 years old - Average lifespan is 20 to 25 years

Reproductive :

- Breeding during June to July - Gestation lasts 120 to136 days - Give birth to 1 infant each time

- Average weight is around 2 to 4 kg
